If you receive a "user not confirmed" error while attempting to login.

We will ask you to confirm your account.

Click on the green link or visit https://radiusplus.com/resend. Verify the correct email address and click "resend".

Enter the confirmation code. 

You may then sign in. We need to confirm email accounts for your security.
