If you are signed up to access Radius data programmatically, we deliver it through Secure FTP. The data sets can be accessed with any modern FTP client. Please follow the instructions below to get set up with an FTP account.

Username will be provided by us, please reach out if there are any issues with the username you have received.

Public and private key pair must be generated by the user accessing the data (you).&nbsp;

Send us your public key once it is generated. We will confirm access once it has been associated

Private key stays with you and must be used instead of password in your FTP client application.
