Draw credits from your Company Account

When you are registered under a company account, you need to ensure you are drawing credits from the company account, not your user account

There are two ways you can draw credits from the company account.

Profile Page

1. Go to your Radius+ profile page or hover over your username on the top right corner and click on "Profile"

2. Once you're on the profile page, scroll to the "Use Credits From" section and select your company account. Press the Update button.

Radius+ Application

  1. You can also draw credits from your company account within the application. To do so click on the "My Profile" button on the top right corner.

2. Select Credits from the menu on the left hand side.

3. Select your company account and press the Update button.
