Go to the Radius Home Page by clicking <a href="https://www.radiusplus.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a> and complete the following steps

Navigate to the top right corner of the home screen after logging into your user account. 

Clicking "Access your profile" will navigate you to a different page where you have the option of selecting between your User account and your Company account.

It will then start to draw credits from your Company Account.

When you are registered under a company account, you need to ensure you are drawing credits from the company account, not your user account
