Our Feature Groups are defined by logic structures comprised of "Include" and "Exclude" statements. Within the Include or Exclude sections, a Feature Group may require ALL of the included feature tag's to be present or ANY of them in order for it to be considered the Feature Group in question. An additional piece of the parameter is that if ANY of the feature tags in the Exclusion statements is checked off, then the unit will not be registered as that Feature Group.
For Example :
A Unit that is Categorized as: Climate Controlled, First Floor, and Wine would not be included in the "First Floor Climate Controlled" Feature Group. When it is also categorized as wine, it would not show up when a user is filtering to First Floor Climate Controlled units. As Wine is a listed in the Excluded section of the Climate Controlled Feature Group.

To be considered a Climate Controlled unit, it must include the Climate Controlled feature tag, excluding units that also have ANY of the following feature tags: Boat, RV ,Wine, Office, Auto, Parking, Garage, Locker.
Non Climate Controlled - NCC:
To be considered a Non-Climate Controlled unit, excluding units that also have ANY of the following feature tags: Climate Controlled, Humidity, Boat, RV, Wine, Office, Auto, Parking, Garage, Locker.
First Floor Unit
