Our new Locations feature provides users with the ability to search facilities and save them to create your own custom portfolios, save locations, and share your portfolios.

Address Search

Use the search bar to search for the area of interest that you would like to analyze.

Portfolios

A portfolio is a collection of facilities you can create to keep track of, share, and create alerts for. To create a portfolio, go to the Portfolio tab and select the "Click to create a new portfolio" button.

There are several ways to add facilities to a portfolio;

  1. To add individual facilities, press and hold the Alt key on your keyboard and click on the facility dot you want to add.

  2. To add facilities in a trade area, press and hold shift and click anywhere on the map you'd like to set your radius. Select "Add facilities in a trade area" from the menu. Confirm the number of facilities and press the blue "Add Facilities" button.

  3. To add facilities using the custom polygon tool, select "Add facilities in a trade area" from the menu. Press on the polygon tool on the map and draw your custom polygon. Press enter on your keyboard and click anywhere on the map outside of the polygon. Confirm the number of facilities and press the blue "Add Facilities" button.

  4. To add an address or facility using a specific address, select "Add address to Selected Portfolio" from the menu. Enter the address in the textbox and press enter.

  5. To bulk add facilities using a CSV file, select "Load locations from file" from the menu. Download the example spreadsheet to view the template. Please note that the address must be separated by commas for the system to recognize the address. Follow the example on the first row of the template. Select the CSV file you wish to upload and click on the "Upload" button.

    Please note the following when using this option to add facilities;

    1. All addresses that were matched in GREEN will be added to the portfolio.

    2. All addresses that were not matched with a facility but an existing address will be highlighted in PINK and added to the portfolio.

    3. All duplicate entries in the file will be highlighted in PURPLE.

    4. All addresses that do not match a facility or do not exist in our database will be highlighted in RED and cannot be added to the portfolio.

    5. You will have the option to bulk delete all addresses that were not matched by clicking the "all at once" text highlighted in blue or can delete them individually using the delete icon next to each address.

Setting a Trade Area with your portfolio

To set a trade area using the facilities within your portfolio, select the desired portfolio and scroll down to the list of facilities. You can select the facility you want to set a 3-mile trade area and click on the graph icon to be redirected to the Trade Area page.

Previous Location

The "Previous" tab will save all the previous addresses you have searched for. Go to this tab to view a history of all addresses you have previously searched for. Click on the navigate icon next to the address to go to that address again.

Saved Locations

You can save an address you searched for in the Saved tab. To save a location, use the search bar to search for the address or drop a pin on the map. In the Previous tab hover over the address and click on the save icon. Name your saved location as you wish.

Sharing Portfolios

Go to the Portfolios tab and click on the "Share" icon. Select whether you want to share with everyone in your company or with specific people. Select the people on your team you'd like to share your portfolios with and click the "Submit" button.

Development Alerts

You can set development alerts for all the facilities in your portfolio. Any time there are new openings and a development project changes its status within a 3-mile trade area of your portfolio locations, you will be sent an email alert. To set a development alert, click on the desired portfolio and press the lightbulb icon.
